Practice Areas
Dr. Mike and Rachel work closely together to assess and treat patients. Dr. Mike specializes in Psychotherapy while Rachel's concentration is in Health Coaching. Together Dr. Mike and Rachel focus on counseling patients and creating a supportive environment.
Psychotherapy
Therapy is a long term treatment option that is insight orientated that may result in significant shifts in perspectives, beliefs, personality, and/or feelings. Through therapy, we help individuals find root causes of emotional and behavioral patterns.
Counseling
Counseling is a short term treatment option. We help individuals identify and find their own solutions to current problems through guidance, support, and education.
Health Coaching
A Health Coach helps mentor an individual in creating and maintaining long-term lifestyle changes to enhance wellness.
Imagine having someone to talk frequently to who knew your health story and who really listened to your struggles. Our health coaches offer personalized services to help you get to where you want to be. Our goal is to create a supportive environment for patients while providing hope, encouragement, and motivation. Some of these services include texts, phone calls, emails, recommendations, educational resources, recipes, etc.
